It may not be at SUN.

Whatever the event, we have access to the goods to turn the event into a success.
Note from Management: We need to be clear that we are NOT associated with the Sunday Profit organization. This outfit has been scamming the media and sports marketplace with false and misleading information and sometimes using our logo. We have no association with Binakis Contracting and Design - con artist George Binakis has been defrauding the elderly in New York City by posing as an expert contractor handling renovations of luxury apartments. In the most egregious case, a 70+ year old woman was scammed of $65,000 by trusting George and believing his constant stories of his heart ailments, pacemaker, and quest for medical care. So successful was his con that when he disappeared with her money, she was more concerned about his health, believing that he had suffered a heart attack. She called his brother, a lawyer named Patrick Paraskivas Binakis to see how George was doing. Patrick said he had no contact with his own brother, but when she mentioned the money, he hung up on her. He told others different stories - that he did have limited contact with George, and that George was getting better. The conflicting stories in addition to Patrick's rude and obnoxious treatment of her convinced her that George was a criminal and that Patrick may have been helping him hide. The management of SUN has no business relationships whatsoever with the Binakis brothers or with Bespoke Contracting and Design. Any claims to the contrary are incorrect.
Our Franchise Opportunities
Turning Dreams Into Reality
Dreaming of being an agent for celebrities or professional athletes has been a fantasy of individuals from all walks of life. The movie Jerry Maguire created a new wave of interest in this position and it continues to grow. The sports and entertainment business generates over $212 billion in revenue each year, and demand for talent has never been stronger.
SUN Franchise Group was the first to recognize and capitalize on this growing demand. By creating a successful franchise concept specializing in sports and entertainment management, SUN has removed all roadblocks.
The concept is simple. SUN delivers an international marketing network of highly trained professionals to a select group of independent agents and entertainment management companies.
Affiliation with SUN and our franchisees allows everyone to win. The independent agent continues doing business as usual, but allows the SUN franchisee to enter into non-exclusive contracts with their client base at very favorable net prices. This alliance with established independents allows SUN to instantly offer over 15,000 of the most well know celebrities, professional athletes and speakers available anywhere in the world.
One Stop Shopping
SUN attracts many customers - in the US and internationally. These customers dedicate hundreds of millions of dollars a year to improving their brand images. Selecting the perfect celebrity or sports star to incorporate in these marketing efforts is paramount to a successful campaign. It is not always an easy task to accomplish. High corporate turnover combined with too many clandestine agencies makes it very hard to know whom to contact to secure star power. Now, one telephone call offers a complete array of solution to our SUN customers. One call to any one of our worldwide locations can create a videoconference introduction to the star or ideal athlete. It can also start the ball on allowing our professionals to plan and produce any event, celebrity golf tournament, fundraiser or employee training seminars for a better bottom line.
The Power of Diversity
Our franchisees have diverse business backgrounds. Some were sports stars, others agents. The majority are simply highly successful business people from all parts of the business world who have longed to become sports and entertainment managers. They are selected as SUN franchisees based on image, financial qualifications and what they bring to the company in diverse business expertise that may give additional insights for our existing franchisees to increase market share. All SUN franchisees believe that your success is their success.
World Class Training
As a SUN franchisee, you will be representing world-class athletes and internationally recognized celebrities. To increase your potential for success, we have designed one of the most complete training courses in the business. SUN has recruited the finest instructors in the sports and entertainment industries. They are here to see to it that you learn all they know within their respective fields. When you graduate from SUN University, you will return home totally prepared to create a highly successful sports and entertainment management business.
While most agents earn income solely from booking their clients, SUN has created many additional potential profit centers for our franchisees to embrace.
- Booking talent for profit
- Promoting Celebrity Golf Tournaments
- Signing exclusive convention contracts
- Creating Pro-Athlete Events for Profit
- Generating Celebrity Endorsement Deals
- Placing Keynote and Motivational Speakers
- Merchandising Autographed Memorabilia
- Proper hosting to celebrities and athletes
- Corporate Entertainment Packages
Pride of Ownership
All franchised SUN Management Offices project a uniform high image look, regardless of their size. Our celebrity clients and athletes appreciate this image and feel more comfortable when visiting. The local personalized autographed sports memorabilia adorning your walls immediately impresses current and future customers. Each office is equipped with video conferencing, which allows SUN to hold monthly celebrity/athlete introductions to you and your clients in the comfort of your own office.
Limited Exclusive Areas
SUN franchisees enjoy the best of both worlds. They own an exclusive area allowing them to establish themselves as the one person in town that can deliver celebrities, athletes and speakers. They also have the ability to earn money as a sports and entertainment manager anywhere they travel. That is one of the fun parts to this business. Everyone wants to talk to a sports and entertainment manager. And those conversations will lead to making more money. It may be that you earn income from referring a great lead to another franchisee' s area, or by securing a contract where no franchise currently exists.
Our exclusive areas are designed to provide the basic elements for maximum success. These areas are divided into two designations, A or B. Both areas are evaluated using a series of "success factors" to determine their price. These factors include the number of professional sports teams, rated college sports teams, population and number of corporately based major businesses located in the exclusive area. International criteria for pricing include additional factors.
Everyone Under the SUN
Our franchise is unique. Very few high profile locations are available throughout this country. Even fewer are available abroad. For a select few however, the dream of rubbing elbows with the world's biggest stars and athletes will become a reality. Are you the next Jerry Maguire? Why not schedule a full presentation and explore the world of possibilities. Just remember, one call to SUN will provide all the solutions to your sports and entertainment needs.
Initial Franchise Fee: USD $25,000.
Exclusive Area Fees: Range from USD $5,000 to $100,000 depending upon market factors.

DALLAS, TX--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 9, 2007 -- SUN Sports & Entertainment Inc. (Other OTC:SSPE.PK - News) announced today a summary of milestones achieved during its first year in the Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Industry.
During the past few years, the MMA industry has experienced explosive worldwide growth, expanded to include live events, pay-per-view and reality television shows. In the process, MMA has established itself as a growth vehicle in the sports industry. As an example, the UFC's September 8, 2007 title fight on Spike TV drew 4.7 million viewers, making it the most watched mixed martial arts event ever in North America. In 2006, an MMA Event broke the pay-per-view industry's all-time single year revenue record surpassing WWE and Boxing.
SUN Chief Executive Officer CJ Comu stated, "SUN has worked diligently on building our 'Art of War' brand as a premiere MMA property and developing strong strategic alliances while examining the changes in the landscape and preparing aggressive long-term strategies. We have identified great future opportunities and developed a business model unlike any other company in this industry, and have the potential to produce a long term and successful enterprise."
A summary of the Company's accomplishments achieved during its first year as an MMA Production and Entertainment Company are as follows."

- The company retained the Investment Banking services of Titan Securities Inc., a NASD Broker/Dealer and completed its first round of financing.
- The Company formed the UNDERGROUND Cage Fighting Division to provide a mobile marketing Events Production for regional Arenas and Casinos that wish to host an MMA Event with custom made cages, transport carrier, truck, sound and lighting equipment.
- The Company helped establish the International Fighters Association (IFA) a non-profit company based in Luxemburg to promote the MMA industry as well as rank, rate and sanction independent fights.
Brad Brooks, President of Titan Securities, issued the following comment, "Management has laid a solid foundation for the future of SUN over the next three years and beyond. The Company's strategy is a combination of what it takes to be successful, profitable and build a global brand in the world of MMA."
October 27 2007- ART OF WAR 4 Delivers Another Great Night of "Mississippi Mayhem"
DALLAS, TX-SUN Sports & Entertainment Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SSPE) announced today the ART OF WAR 4 "Mississippi Mayhem" played to a nearly sold-out crowd of 2,400 fans on Saturday, October 27th at Harrah's Grand Tunica Casino & Resort and delivered eight action-packed bouts that all ended before going to the scorecards.
MIKE WESSEL, strength and conditioning coach for the Arkansas Razorbacks, was not the favorite going into his heavyweight main event contest against Memphis native MATT THOMAS. Wessel had only eight months of training and carried a 2-1 record against Thomas, who held a 3-3 record against some tough competition. In the opening seconds of the bout, Wessel's standup proved to be tighter than his opponent's and he opened a cut on Thomas's head. Eventually Thomas shot in for a takedown and had Wessel in a bad position dropping punches and elbows. Just before the two-minute mark, Wessel showed an incredible amount of strength by reversing his position and dropping bombs of his own. The two big men briefly got back to their feet, but Wessel kept the pressure and unleashed a flurry of shots before the ref called the bout at 2:42 in the first round. Wessel walked off with the ART OF WAR Quickest Knockout Award.
In a battle between undefeated super heavyweights, SHANE CARWIN tested his 6-0 record against REX RICHARDS (4-0). At the weigh-ins, Carwin could have made heavyweight tipping the scales at just 266 pounds. Richards, on the other hand, looked leaner but weighed in a whopping 312 pounds. Both men stood toe to toe for just seconds before Carwin shot in, took Richards down and had him in the mount position. The Colorado native pounded on Richards who flailed away trying to escape. Remarkably Richards was able to get back to his feet, but Carwin capitalized by sinking in a tight guillotine choke. With blood streaming from Richards nose, the bigger man tapped out at 1:24 into the first stanza. Both men intend to drop to heavyweight, and with Carwin's undefeated record unblemished, he will no doubt have big opportunities in his future.
On paper, RON FAIRCLOTH vs. CHRIS HAWK looked like a light heavyweight mismatch. Faircloth held a record of 26-12, while Hawk was making his pro debut. It took only a few seconds to see why Hawk would be facing a cagey veteran to get his pro card. After a little feeling out period, Hawk launched a barrage of punches, kicks and knees that put Faircloth against the cage. Faircloth took over 20 unanswered shots and the ref nearly called the fight on two different occasions. Managing to survive, Faircloth got a few seconds to clear his head and took Hawk down to close out the first round. In Round 2, Hawk continued his assault with head kicks and punches, but Faircloth kept his head in the game. The 21-year-old Hawk began to look tired and Faircloth took advantage by finally getting him down and sinking in a rear naked choke. Hawk tapped out at 1:57 into the round, but proved he has a long career ahead of him. Faircloth said after the fight that he would now be moving down to middleweight. And for taking a beating and coming back the way he did, Faircloth won the ART OF WAR MVP Award.
ANDREW CHAPPELLE (5-5) stepped into the cage for the first time in two years to face local favorite and BJJ black belt ADRIANO NASAL (6-3) in a lightweight bout. During the first round, Chappelle's tight standup game overmatched Nasal, who tried time and time again for takedowns. When the fight went to the ground, the Brazilian couldn't find any holes in Chappelle's game. During the middle of Round 2, Chappelle not only kept Nasal away, he landed a couple of takedowns and throws of his own. By the end of the second round, Chappelle had the lead on the scorecards, but neither man had been in trouble. In the third round, Chappelle kept on the pressure and after rocking Nasal, poured on the pain. Landing shot after shot, the referee called a halt to the contest at 3:54. Nasals manager said the fighter would be moving down to 145 pounds, while Chappelle is ready to restart his MMA career and has a much better game to prove it.
To the delight of fans, Memphis fighter ANDY UHRICH made his pro debut against Mississippi native CHRIS GATES in the middleweight division. People were screaming out Andy's name at the beginning of the fight and no doubt there were plenty of fans cheering on either side. Unfortunately the experience may have been too overwhelming as Uhrich got off one kick before the much taller Gates took him down and started raining down elbows. Uhrich managed to escape and turned the tide, but couldn't find much of an opening. Sitting in Gate's guard, Uhrich was caught in a tight triangle choke and ended up getting choked unconscious at 3:34 into the fight. In one of the most exciting fights of the night, DAVID BROWN (1-1) faced off against DAVID HULETT (2-3) in a welterweight contest. Brown, who had once tipped the scales at 230 pounds as a pro wrestler, certainly had showmanship, but his fight game was more flash than substance. He had heart though.
MARK WIGGINS (2-1) had the edge on standup against KEITH BACH (2-0) at the beginning of their fight, so Bach got the takedown and worked for a choke. Wiggins tried to escape, but Bach finished him quickly by rear naked choke at 1:32. KYLE GIBBONS (6-3) also made quick work of MIKE QUEEN (4-2), who took the fight on late notice, by submitting him via arm bar in just 58 seconds.
ART OF WAR will have a full schedule of events in 2008 and plans will be announced soon. For information, please visit us online at www.artofwarLIVE.com.
ART OF WAR 4: "MISSISSIPPI MAYHEM" was produced by American Television Distribution and filmed in high definition. MMA renowned TV and Radio Personality MAURO RANALLO were cage side with MMA Fighter RICCO RODRIGUEZ who were commentators for the event.

9/18/06 - SUN completes acquisition of Friday Night Lights News Magazine
SUN makes first move into the Print Media Market
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) September 18th 2006 - Dallas, TEXAS --- SUN Management Group, Inc. announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Friday Night Lights News Magazine.
Friday Night Lights News Magazine (www.fridaynightlightsnews.com) is a monthly magazine profiling Texas High School Football in District 9. The publication had its premier issue on September 2006 and will be available till the end of the High School Football Season.
Friday Night Lights News (FNLM) is a FREE Magazine that covers Texas District 9 and 5 private high schools in the area. In Texas, High School Football is King, and North Dallas District 9 is the center of the kingdom. Towns as little as Celina to huge suburb cities like Plano, Richardson, Allen, Frisco and McKinney are deep in tradition, rivalries and state championships.
FNLM Founder and Publisher, Michael Suggs stated, "We are very excited about this transaction with SUN. Our plans are to create a formula that can be replicated to all the smaller independent markets that cover High School Football on a National Level. The support of the local advertisers and sponsors has created a profitable publication and the response from readers has also been excellent. Our plans are to grow the publication and increase its content and distribution."
The color magazine covers stories on High School Football, such as; issues concerning the sport, profiles of players, coaches, educational and editorial content to give the reader a great look into this market opportunity. This is a great publication for advertisers to support the local High Schools and their respective community. Distribution of the magazine is unique in that every adult who enters the football stadium during game night can pick up an issue - this covers 29 High Schools plus the thousands of fans attending high school football games. The balance of the magazine is passed out at high schools, sports clubs, restaurants, nutrition stores, sporting goods retailers and other advertisers. Friday Night Lights News is projected to have a captive readership estimated at 100,000 per month.

Former Busch Champion Steve Grissom to drive the 07 Chevrolet in 2007 for DLP Racing!
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) AUG. 8, 2006 - Steve Grissom has joined DLP Racing to pilot the un-sponsored 07 Chevrolet for the 2006-2007 NASCAR Busch Series season. Grissom began his racing career as a child, working on cars with his father Wayne, who was a sponsor of short track drivers in their homestate of Alabama. He soon began racing cars himself, balancing that and being captain of his high school football and basketball teams. He eventually joined the Winston All-Pro Series, and won the championship in 1985. The next season, he was nominated for Alabama Pro Athlete of the Year.
Grissom made his Busch Series debut in 1986. He ran four races over the next two years, his best finish being an 11th. In 1988, he moved into the series full-time. Despite a lack of major sponsorship, Grissom had four top-tens and finished 13th in points. In 1989, he landed funding from Texas Pete Sauces, and moved to twelfth in points. With Big Mama Meats on board as sponsor, Grissom won four races and finished 3rd in points in 1990, behind Chuck Bown and Jimmy Hensley. Unfortunately, a lack of funding kept Grissom from competing for the championship, as he had just one win and slid back to tenth in points. After Channellock came on board in 1992, Grissom regained his success of 1990, winning two races, and clinching the Busch Series championship in 1993.
SUN Management Group, Inc. will be exclusively handling the sponsorship acquisition for the 2006 - 2007 racing season. SUN will also be handling all of the public and media relations, advertising, and marketing for DLP. Total Sponsorship package is $15,000,000 for 70 races, including all of the NASCAR Busch Series and Nextel Cup Series races. SUN CEO, CJ Comu, states, "This is an exciting and powerful venue for our corporate clients to engage in. We are delighted to be a part of the phenomena and growth of NASCAR and the opportunities provided."
DLP Racing has a rich history of catering to their sponsors. With an advertising package that can be adjusted to each individual corporation, it's a "win-win" combination. Team owner, Robert Drake's, mission is simple: "Our goal is to field for our Sponsors and Fans, competitive race cars on a consistent basis with the goal of winning races and championships. Our expectation is that we will see in our growth and success, things that would have never been accomplished except by the faithfulness and support of our Sponsors and the Lord."
"We are REALLY looking forward to giving exclusive sponsorship acquisition to SUN Management Group. They are a great group of people who really know my business and can help in so many different ways," says Robert Drake. "Now that we have professionals helping, this should be a win-win situation for us and our sponsors!"
Advertisers will receive show cars to travel to their businesses, personal appearances with Steve Grissom to speak and sign autographs, hospitality tents (or suites) and tickets to entertain their corporate clients at the race tracks, rights to all logos on the race car every weekend, ability to advertise that they are a supporter of the Doug Flutie Foundation for Autism, rights to percentage of profits from apparel each week, logos on all transporters, uniforms, and advertising, free television and radio advertising for the entire year, and so much more.
SUN and DLP are filling sponsorships immediately for 2006 and 2007. Packages are designed for one race, 4 races, or the entire season and can be negotiated due to the company's needs. Corporations wanting to get involved in NASCAR Busch Series, or NASCAR Nextel Cup Series, with a great organization at a low entry cost, with a "corporation-friendly" contract and perks, or would like to hear more information about DLP, Steve Grissom, and Doug Flutie's Autism Foundation, please contact:
